Charges

Within reason I will endeavour to offer the first consultation free. My hourly rates vary depending on the project, but as a guide my charges start from:

£20 per hour for regular, scheduled tasks (whether daily, weekly or monthly), charged to the nearest 15 minutes.

£25 per hour for ad hoc, unscheduled tasks or if an urgent turnaround is required (subject to availability) charged to the nearest 15 minutes.

Please note I am delighted to provide a special flat rate of £15 per hour for registered charities, trustee boards and Not for Profit Organisations.

I am not VAT registered and all rates quoted are not VAT applicable.


Billing

Invoices for regular, scheduled work will be raised weekly or monthly as agreed, with payment terms of within 14 days of receipt.

For ad hoc, unscheduled work invoices will be raised upon completion and payment terms are within 7 days of receipt. Payment can be by bank transfer, cash or PayPal.

Cheque payments will incur an additional charge of 50p per transaction. All payment details will be provided on the invoice.
