RCGP Primary Care Awards

RCGP Wessex Faculty Primary Care Awards for 2 consecutive years:
Within an Event Admin role I co-ordinated two black tie dinner and awards ceremonies with over 200 attendees at each event – securing dates, contracting guest speaker, band and photographers, booking venue/catering etc. producing marketing material and updating website for online bookings, confirming nomination criteria and distributing material, proactively managing attendee numbers, processing payments and bookings, confirming guest list, dietary requirements and table plan, liaising with faculty officers to support the voting and selection process for winners, obtaining and wrapping prizes, set up on the day, meet and greet/welcoming guests for drinks reception, managing timings, posting social media updates, running the prize presentation ceremony, supporting the speaker, band, photographer and sponsors, ensuring that guests’ experience was enjoyable and positive, collating feedback and comments, processing invoices, reconciling  budgets and producing event reports.
